About the role
- Support the sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure, working closely with senior sales colleagues within RWS
- Assist in developing account plans and sales strategies for target enterprise accounts
- Build and nurture relationships with key contacts across I.T, documentation, product and digital teams
- Communicate the value of Tridion Docs clearly, aligning product capabilities with customer needs
- Collaborate with sales engineers, product managers and marketing to prepare tailored proposals and presentations
- Contribute to RWS’s revenue growth by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads and supporting deal progression
- Participate in industry events, webinars and client meetings to promote RWS and build market awareness
- Keep CRM records up to date and support accurate forecasting through diligent pipeline management
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven ability to support sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and buying journeys
- Experience contributing to deals with longer sales cycles and cross-functional decision-makers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to customer engagement
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid or remote-first team environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
