About the role
- Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and repair of Halter’s infrastructure to ensure seamless operations
- Diagnose hardware issues and feed information back to relevant teams
- Repair and upgrade infrastructure and deliver towers and collars as needed
- Provide on-site deployment support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful installations
- Be part of the global on-call roster to support tower-related incidents and find timely solutions
- Collaborate closely with the USA team and Halter’s Auckland HQ to ensure alignment and customer outcomes
- Collect, interpret and analyze data from hardware to optimize processes and inform decision-making
- Develop and manage a maintenance system for the USA market
- Travel frequently to customer sites across the USA to support deployments and maintenance
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting
