About the role
- Run and improve day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth processes across the company
- Shape and strengthen culture by building bridges between Berlin HQ and the growing US team
- Drive recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the right people at the right time
- Plan and organize team events and off-sites to connect people and reinforce company values
- Lead special projects such as ESOP rollout and other high-impact people initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5 years in people operations roles with increasing responsibility
- Previous experience in a start-up or small company (under 50 employees)
- Hands-on, proactive, able to handle strategic and operational tasks
- Solid experience with remote HR practices
- Curious and willing to learn more about US–DE HR frameworks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- At least B2 German and fluent English
- Based in Berlin and able to work regularly from our office
- Nice-to-have: prior exposure to US-specific HR processes and compliance
