About the role
- Lead engaging discovery meetings with qualified inbound leads to understand their pain points and identify how our services can deliver value
- Become an expert in the firm’s service offerings and clearly communicate how we solve clients’ challenges
- Analyze and understand client needs, presenting relevant solutions
- Route complex opportunities to the appropriate executives for further development and closure as needed, ensuring smooth transitions
- Close deals with prospective clients and consistently achieve quarterly sales goals
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and tapping into our existing lead list
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest by creating tailored outreach strategies as needed
- Cultivate relationships with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven success in inside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding goals
- Professional video presence, with experience managing 7+ calls per day
- Experience utilizing Hubspot, ClickUp, or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects
- Strong listening and presentation skills, ensuring client needs are clearly understood
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Laptop and $500 tech reimbursement for computer/tech accessories
- Professional video presence expectations
- Business casual attire for client interactions
