About the role

  • Lead and execute direct-to-end user sales efforts in a "hunter" model
  • Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territories
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our market presence
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in direct to end user sales role in a “hunter” model
  • Collaborative approach with commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in healthcare SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proven ability to make strong connections with prospective clients to overcome objections
  • Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with superb attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience calling on physician office practices a plus
  • Residing in CST is a plus
