Lead and execute direct-to-end user sales efforts in a "hunter" model
Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territories
Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and sales forecasting
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our market presence
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
3 to 5 years’ experience in direct to end user sales role in a “hunter” model
Collaborative approach with commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
Proficiency in healthcare SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
Proven ability to make strong connections with prospective clients to overcome objections
Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with superb attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Experience calling on physician office practices a plus
Residing in CST is a plus
