About the role
- Lead and execute direct-to-end user sales efforts in a "hunter" model
- Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territories
- Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our market presence
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in direct to end user sales role in a “hunter” model
- Collaborative approach with commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in healthcare SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
- Proven ability to make strong connections with prospective clients to overcome objections
- Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with superb attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience calling on physician office practices a plus
- Residing in CST is a plus
