• Assume complete responsibility for the North American sales function
• Direct a team of around 15 people spanning specification sales, builder sales, inside sales, and channel management across both the United States and Canada
• Report into the President of Global Heating and carry accountability to the CEO
• Generate pipeline, unlock new markets and verticals, and design a scalable sales operating model
• Shape the commercial strategy that underpins the company's growth ambitions for 2027 through 2030
• Regional accountability for revenue delivery, gross margin performance, and the management of cost-to-serve
