About the role

  • Drive growth by developing and implementing revenue processes for marketing, pre-sales, and sales
  • Work closely with marketing, BDR, sales, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Support marketing and pre-sales by maintaining lead and campaign data and improving visibility into funnel performance
  • Analyze, optimize, and maintain Salesforce data and records to identify anomalies and resolve data quality issues
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot for marketing, BDR and sales operations, ensuring effective campaign tracking and seamless integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and ensure accurate and timely data flow across the funnel
  • Develop and maintain documentation of revenue-related processes and systems, and contribute to forecasting and planning efforts

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations (ideally in a SaaS company)
  • Marketing & Sales focus: hands-on experience enabling go-to-market teams, managing lead lifecycle processes, driving campaign performance insights
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce: managing data accuracy, optimizing processes, reporting, and integrations with tools like HubSpot
  • Solid HubSpot skills: campaign tracking, lead funnel management, ensuring seamless data flow between systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to accuracy; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Team player with cross-department collaboration skills; stays composed under pressure
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable; embraces feedback and learns new tools and processes quickly
  • Tech-savvy: familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and other RevOps tools
  • Right to work in Finland required; no visa sponsorship offered
