About the role

  • Lead vision and continuous execution of a new web platform to unlock revenue and improve customer experience
  • Build the web platform to transform the sales, channel, and CX organization experience with sellers and customers
  • Develop user-centric AI solutions (recommendation engines and search) to enhance sales productivity and revenue outcomes
  • Translate vision into BRD/PRD and well-defined engineering requirements and high-quality releases
  • Champion the product vision with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy
  • Provide subject matter expertise for sales presentations and serve several business needs
  • Interact with users to understand needs and represent them to engineering teams
  • Focus on sales experience: build wireframes and partner with UX designers for prototypes and mockups
  • Drive usability and adoption through close partnership with business stakeholders
  • Define, own, and track success metrics throughout product lifecycle and make them visible to stakeholders
  • Discover and develop new opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with teams across geographies and time zones; guide go-to-market, seller, and channel strategy to elevate NPS

Requirements

  • 5+ years Product Management experience (technical or functional background in go-to-market, sales, or pricing operations)
  • 5+ years proven experience in application implementation
  • Deep understanding of seller needs, sales functions, and processes
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners in a complex, dynamic environment
  • AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI/ML technologies to build products that drive business impact
  • Creative and solutions-oriented thinker with capacity to innovate, influence, and deliver results
  • Experience delivering products using agile methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant professional experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to relocate to and work from Prague, Karlin office
