About the role
- Lead development of data capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap for HackerOne’s platform
- Own the entire capability lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and go-to-market
- Partner with Design & Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver security insights from aggregated vulnerability data
- Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to drive adoption
- Refine and mature platform data capabilities such as Analytics and Reporting, Benchmarks, and Recommendations
- Develop and apply security analytics and vulnerability management expertise, including AI (LLM and ML) applications
- Evangelize HackerOne’s data-powered security insights via customer calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events
- Monitor industry trends, AI capabilities, and competitive developments to identify innovation opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies
- Proven track record of successfully developing products / platforms in high-growth businesses involving in-depth cross-functional collaboration and leadership across R&D and go-to-market functions
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Located within ~50 miles of Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Boston, MA; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC (role is targeted to these locations)
- Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available
- Employment contingent on a background check
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in an application development-related or data science-related field
- Preferred: MBA or data science-related Masters degree
- Preferred: Direct product management experience in vulnerability management, penetration testing and application security
- Preferred: Domain experience with security research / hacking, red teaming, penetration testing and/or bug bounty programs
- Preferred: Experience developing and bringing to market products and features delivering value from data, particularly underpinned by AI (LLM and/or ML)
- Preferred: Experience leading product development in cloud services and/or managed services businesses
- Preferred: Experience leading product development for multi-product platformization value
