About the role

  • Lead development of HackerOne's Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line strategy and roadmap applying advanced offensive security testing leveraging GenAI via LLM
  • Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to discern customer challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership
  • Evangelize the value of HackerOne’s PTaaS offerings internally and externally via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and market positioning
  • Collaborate with Design & Engineering to execute product roadmap and deliver measurable risk reduction and platform integration with Bug Bounty product line

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth tech/SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of successfully developing products / platforms in high-growth businesses involving in-depth cross-functional collaboration and leadership across R&D and go-to-market functions
  • Experience leading product development in cloud services and/or enterprise SaaS
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in an application development-related field (preferred)
  • MBA degree (preferred)
  • Experience leading AI-enabled product development (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends (preferred)
  • Direct product management experience in related cybersecurity fields such as attack surface management, vulnerability management, penetration testing and application security (preferred)
  • Domain experience with security research/hacking in penetration testing, red teaming, and/or bug bounty programs (preferred)
  • Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available
  • Employment contingent on a background check
  • Located in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; Boston; or Washington, DC (or surrounding metropolitan areas)
