About the role
- Build the B2B sales pipeline through market research to discover potential business clients
- Initiate contact and qualify leads via calls, messages, and emails
- Collaborate with AEs and the sales team to develop and execute BDR campaigns
- Work with Marketing to execute lead generation strategies and schedule appointments for sales
- Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve lead generation
- Contact potential clients through various communication channels and identify and match client needs to products/services
- Become a product expert and brand ambassador for Hack The Box
- Report to the US-based Head of BDR and work closely with regional Account Executives
- Use tools including HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Requirements
- Professional experience with sales and a clear sales career orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, resourceful, can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable initiating first contact and building relationships with strangers
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Experience with a CRM and email automation tools is a good plus
- Eligible to work in the United States (Hack The Box participates in E-Verify)
- Comfortable working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week; non-exempt and eligible for overtime
