About the role
- Drive pipeline growth and align outreach with Devsinc’s go-to-market objectives as part of Global Marketing outbound team
- Identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and refine messaging across channels
- Build and execute outbound strategies for high-growth verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, eCommerce)
- Develop persona-specific messaging for core offerings: Staff Augmentation; Microsoft Dynamics 365; Mobile & Web Development; Cybersecurity
- Define ICPs, craft outreach sequences, and set up automated campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Dripify, HeyReach
- Manage pipeline tracking, lead qualification, and reporting via Power BI or CRM dashboards
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, CTAs, and touchpoints across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, inbox placement, and manage mailbox infrastructure
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SDR, GTM, or Outbound Strategy roles (B2B SaaS/IT preferred)
- Proven success running large-scale outreach campaigns (100k+ monthly volume)
- Strong understanding of lead segmentation, funnel stages, and account-based strategy
- Hands-on experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for performance analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience targeting regions such as US, UK, Europe and MENA regions (preferred)
- Knowledge of cold email compliance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up protocols)
