Strategic development and expansion of new customer relationships in the process industry (focus on chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food sectors)
Independent management of the entire sales process – from market analysis and prospecting through requirements identification to successful contract closing
Identification and exploitation of market potential and active pipeline management
Advisory at decision‑maker level on process optimization, digitalization and ERP architectures
Development of tailored solutions in close collaboration with Pre‑Sales, Consulting and Product Management
Conducting product presentations, workshops and contract negotiations through to closing
Monitoring market trends and contributing to the development of marketing and sales strategies
Representing GUS ERP GmbH at trade shows, industry events and in professional networks
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales of ERP, MES or software solutions, ideally in the process industry
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and strategic solution selling
Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for understanding and digitalizing complex processes
Strong communication and closing skills at decision‑maker level
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Business‑fluent German and good English skills
