About the role

  • Responsibility for UREVO brand sales within the onecom portfolio – focusing on retail, e‑commerce, specialist retailers and B2B partners
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for UREVO to achieve successful market penetration across Europe
  • Establish, develop and maintain strategic sales partnerships with national and international key accounts – including leading retailers, sports specialist retailers, food discounters, DIY/home improvement chains, smart-home specialists, and purchasing cooperatives
  • Manage sales activities and campaigns in close cooperation with internal Marketing and Category Management teams
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analyses to identify new trends and unlock opportunities
  • Plan and forecast revenues and take responsibility for achieving sales targets and margin objectives

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales of products in the sports sector, ideally fitness products or consumer electronics
  • Experience in building brands in B2B and retail environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
  • Structured and results-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
