About the role
- Lead and develop the regional sales team.
- Implement the sales strategy in the region in coordination with sales management.
- Manage regional sales activities to achieve revenue, profit and market share targets.
- Analyze sales metrics and derive effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate sales-related processes with lab management, sampling planning and order management.
Requirements
- Degree in business, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in environmental analytics or a laboratory setting.
- Experience in a comparable leadership role with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial/entrepreneurial thinking and a clear goal orientation.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office and sales-related analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region and very good written and spoken German; English skills are a plus.
