Cloud Engineer

• Ensure a stable, secure and customer-focused operation of the SaaS platform
• Serve as the service owner for customer environments, including compliance with and monitoring of SLAs
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, operational transparency and scalability of the ERP platform
• Actively participate in the further development of the managed service portfolio and in the sustainable growth of the ERP SaaS business
• Ensure high availability, performance and security through proactive monitoring, maintenance, standardization and continuous optimization
• Provide operational support for ERP implementation and customization projects and ensure a smooth handover to the managed service

• Development, enhancement and maintenance of software applications
• Analysis, design and implementation of technical requirements
• Programming, testing, debugging and bug fixing (e.g., in C#)
• Optimizing existing software for functionality and performance

• Conducting requirements analyses as well as effort and feasibility estimations
