About the role

  • Integration and use of AI tools in the software development process (e.g., code assistants, LLMs, automations)
  • Design and optimization of AI-assisted coding workflows
  • Evaluation of new AI models, tools, and frameworks for software development
  • Supporting the development team in using AI for coding
  • Development of internal tools, prompts, and automations
  • Analysis of productivity gains from AI and continuous improvement of processes
  • Collaboration with development, DevOps, and product management

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in computer science, software development, or a related field
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
  • Understanding of LLMs, APIs, and AI integrations
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development environments
  • Analytical thinking and an interest in new technologies
  • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of DevOps, automation, or ML workflows (nice to have)
  • Experience with AI agents or code-generation systems (nice to have)
