About the role
- Ensure a stable, secure and customer-focused operation of the SaaS platform
- Serve as the service owner for customer environments, including compliance with and monitoring of SLAs
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, operational transparency and scalability of the ERP platform
- Actively participate in the further development of the managed service portfolio and in the sustainable growth of the ERP SaaS business
- Ensure high availability, performance and security through proactive monitoring, maintenance, standardization and continuous optimization
- Provide operational support for ERP implementation and customization projects and ensure a smooth handover to the managed service
- Act as the central technical interface between customers, Professional Services, Support and Development, and coordinate and collaborate with external partners
Requirements
- Experience operating SaaS platforms
- Solid knowledge of networking, security and backup solutions, database fundamentals (including clustering, backup/restore) and Linux administration
- Understanding of high availability, scaling, disaster recovery, as well as release, update and patch/maintenance processes
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is desirable
- Understanding of ERP implementations and change management processes
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on service quality, reliability and professional handling of escalations and critical operational situations
- Structured working style, even when managing concurrent operational issues
- Close collaboration with Professional Services, Project Management, Development, Support and customers
