Handle full set of accounts and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivables, bank reconciliations, and other general ledger transactions.
Oversee timely processing of payroll, maintain payroll records, and handle payroll queries.
Oversee supply chain function including imports, logistics, and procurement.
Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with Company policies, standards and legal requirements.
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning to support business objectives.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems and ensure effective internal control is in place.
Collaborate with operational and commercial teams and other departments to monitor performance and manage costs.
Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role.
Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and cash flow management.
Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial systems.
Experience in process improvement and implementing financial controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and advance excel skills.
Must be well versed in statutory, tax and government rules in India.
