Engineer

• Read drawings to generate detailed BOM’s, engineering datasheets, control narratives, etc.
• Assist the Design team to ensure product is optimally designed for ease of manufacture and to customer specification.
• Provide engineering and technical support for the layout, design and evaluation of production equipment.
• Liaise with the other department members providing engineering support.
• Ensure the design of processing equipment adheres to the current standards, incorporating the latest standards and technology once tested and proved.
• Provide manufacturing-related assistance such as in NCR’s (non-conformance reports) & dispositions.
• Work with QA to develop inspection test plans and test stations.
• Work with Materials and Quality teams to support product procurement and resolve open engineering issues.
• Ensure work complies with the facility’s quality management system and inventory control practices.
• Research and implement new equipment design and new product lines as put forth by management.
• Comply with internal engineering standards.
• Performing various other duties as assigned by the manager

Manufacturing Engineer

Account Manager

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads and assess client needs to match the best entrance control solutions to their specific requirements.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities in the CRM to meet sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and features of entrance control systems.
• Develop customized proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Provide product and technical information to help clients understand how our solutions can solve their access control challenges.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on sales leads, provide ongoing support, and resolve any issues to ensure continued business growth and repeat sales.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, maintaining a professional and responsive relationship.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively and profitably.
• Work with internal teams (sales management, engineering, and logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market opportunities in the entrance control and security sectors.
• Actively participate in events and exhibitions to promote our solutions.
• Travel within Northern/Central Italy.

Customer Support

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment/products
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Provide phone and email support to customers
• Assist in resolving technical queries and issues
• Maintain accurate records of service activities
• Update customer databases and documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Customer Service Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Handle full set of accounts and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivables, bank reconciliations, and other general ledger transactions.
• Oversee timely processing of payroll, maintain payroll records, and handle payroll queries.
• Oversee supply chain function including imports, logistics, and procurement.
• Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with Company policies, standards and legal requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning to support business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems and ensure effective internal control is in place.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams and other departments to monitor performance and manage costs.

Finance Manager

Support Engineer

• Provide remote technical support, occasionally out of hours.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated Entrance Control end user hardware.
• Report to and assist the Technical Manager to perform site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems for all Entrance Systems.
• Prioritise and respond to customer demands and expectations and escalate where necessary.
• Liaise with colleagues and departments on varied technical issues.
• Update and close down Service Calls on the company’s Management System.
• Provide customer and client training.
• Assist in testing or evaluation of new products.
• Produce and maintain technical literature
• Backup and assist the Global Partner Network and other engineers to ensure most effective delivery of service provision.
• Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to relevant technology, equipment or working practices required to support the business and its customers.

• Ensure that all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and practices are followed, ensuring that everyone is made aware of their responsibilities in these areas.
• This role has budgetary responsibility as you’ll be responsible for stock/inventory control, correct reporting of activity & parts usage, along with flight and hotel booking.

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with company vision and goals.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Report project progress and performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for project management staff.
• Develop a process to update the dashboard and ensure good project governance.

Head of Project Management, Mass Transit

Manager

• Oversee proposal development process, including RFI/RFP requirements and cross-functional coordination.
• Define engineering solutions, estimate associated risks and provide optimized costing in collaboration with operations and finance.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation to support mass transit business developers.
• Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers and stakeholders to define and present solutions.
• Assess bid risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure financial and cashflow feasibility.
• Collaborate on budgeting and pricing with finance and product teams.
• Ensure quality control of proposals, editing content and ensuring compliance with RFP formats.
• Manage submission process and post-submission debriefings and analysis.
• Lead transversal activities for recurring customers: define library structure for framework agreements, highlight USPs with Product and Business Development, and develop comprehensive costing models.
