About the role
- Collect, analyze, and report the results of intelligence data to support a U.S. Federal Law Enforcement agency
- Identify trends, patterns, and links to criminal activity by developing GIS tools and working directly with law enforcement personnel
- Apply repeatable analytical methods to optimize research results
- Prepare detailed, actionable reports and presentations that support screening and vetting, lead development, and criminal analysis
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience with ESRI tools such as ArcGIS
- At least THREE (3) years of experience with law enforcement, defense, and/or the intelligence community
- THREE (3) years of experience aggregating intelligence data, leveraging link analysis and/or data visualization tools
- Experience with link analysis and data visualization to optimize presentation of quantitative and qualitative results
- Knowledge of mapping products within ERSI tool set (nice to have)
- Experience creating and maintaining geodatabases, shapefiles, maps, using software such as Adobe Illustrator and ArcGIS (nice to have)
- Dashboard development skill sets using Tableau or PowerBI (nice to have)
- Coding experience using Arcpy in ArcGIS (nice to have)
- Experience supporting research studies and business analytics by using spatial statistics and network analysis (nice to have)
