About the role
- Oversee the management of benefits programs and compensation structures
- Manage budget for benefits and compensation to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Develop, implement and administer enterprise compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday modules
- Lead Tier 3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting and resolution efforts and prioritize Workday requests
- Drive end-user adoption, AI and training initiatives to maximize Workday utilization
- Lead a global HR Shared Services team across the US, Canada, EME, and India
- Oversee case management through ServiceNow and ensure timely compliant resolution of HR inquiries
- Manage operational processes including onboarding, I-9s, contingent workforce, immigration, and employment verifications
- Partner with IT and Legal to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute HR technology and operations roadmap
- Lead vendor evaluations and contract negotiations for HR systems and tools
- Support budgeting and chargeback processes for HR technology platforms
- Lead HR Data Analytics team and PMO to deliver workforce insights and HR projects
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all HR systems and reports
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR Operations team and foster continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- 10+ years managing HRIS/Workday and Shared Services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and service delivery models
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation)
- Experience leading Tier 3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting and prioritization of Workday requests
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
- Workday certification(s) or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience with vendor management (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
