Conduct initial quality reviews of position descriptions for completeness and formatting, perform preliminary classification analysis using client guidelines, and prepare draft evaluation statements for HR Specialist review
Maintain position description files and documentation, assist with desk audit data collection and employee interviews, and support classification research and reference material compilation
Review hiring/selection packages for completeness and compliance, process new hire paperwork and accession documentation, and coordinate routine staffing activities and communications
Maintain tracking systems for hiring actions and personnel records, prepare standard correspondence and notifications, and input and maintain data in HR systems
Create and update job aids, templates, and technical documents, provide customer service support to employees and managers, and assist with routine reporting and documentation requirements
Support HR Specialists with complex classification and staffing processes, coordinate scheduling and logistics for HR activities, and ensure compliance with established procedures and timelines
Requirements
0-3 years related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Access)
Adobe Suite (Acrobat InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, Premier)
SharePoint, ServiceNow, and task management systems
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Attention to detail for data entry and document processing
Basic understanding of federal HR processes and procedures
Associates Degree in HR or related field (required)
Human Resources or Project Management Certification (preferred)
US citizenship and an active Secret or higher clearance (required)
