About the role

  • Help solve technical questions related to Guesty’s APIs, webhooks, 3rd party integrations, and new feature complexities.
  • Investigate and resolve customer requests and queries using ticketing, content and task management tools.
  • Advise clients/partners on Guesty's best practices on API implementation.
  • Lead personal/team projects such as designing & developing new internal tools.
  • Create internal knowledge base articles to improve solve time and client satisfaction.
  • Escalate and resolve issues with the Product and Engineering teams by completing bug reports.
  • Provide support to users around the world as part of Guesty's global support team.

Requirements

  • 3+ yrs experienced support engineers
  • Experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools or any equivalent
  • Experience with DB queries.
  • REST API knowledge
  • Experience in Javascript - a big plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially with complex technical problems.
  • Open to work at night and in shifting schedules
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A demonstrated track record of providing prompt and compassionate customer care, using your well-rounded technical and analytical skills.
