About the role

  • Prepare a strategic monthly calendar for Casino and Sports customers;
  • Analyze player behaviours and create segmentations and personalized offers;
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for upselling, retention, and reactivation;
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver promotions;
  • Manage communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages;
  • Identify key sports and casino events and align them to promotions;
  • Track and report key performance metrics (retention, reactivation, churn, ARPU, campaign conversion);
  • Perform A/B testing and hypothesis testing to improve CRM performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM within the iGaming industry;
  • Experience managing VIP segments and executing high value retention strategies;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking tools;
  • Experienced in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies for CRM initiatives;
  • Advanced English level;
  • A good understanding of player behavior is a strong advantage.
