About the role
- Report to the Director of Customer Success, serving as the point of contact for the overall performance of the team
- Receive feedback and suggestions from direct reports and work with the Underwriting Operations team to prioritize team initiatives
- Making hiring decisions, scheduling for your team, and process payroll
- Identify and groom promising talent on the team
- Ensure that all members of the team are fully trained and up to date on all company initiatives
- Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other ad hoc training
- Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide your team to perform up to standard
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable with working with different personalities
- Eager to grow your career in the real estate and insurance industry
