Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for ISO partners, building trusted relationships that foster long-term collaboration and growth.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), on-site visits, and regular partner touchpoints to align on performance metrics, goals, and new opportunities.
Educate partners on Jaris product capabilities, embedded finance best practices, and optimization strategies to maximize adoption and partner ROI.
Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training sessions to partner teams, supporting effective sales enablement.
Collaborate with operations, product and GTM teams to coordinate partner initiatives, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market activities.
Drive merchant engagement through partner servicing efforts and targeted outreach programs.
Own and monitor partner performance metrics, including loan origination growth, instant payout volume, and product adoption rates.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the ISO channel to expand Jaris’ footprint and revenue contribution.
Represent Jaris at industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
Advocate for partner needs internally by sharing feedback and insights that inform product development and customer experience improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Account Management roles.
