About the role
- Under general supervision, learns to perform duties in Enterprise Operations.
- Support enterprise operations activities related to workflow documentation, data gathering and analysis.
- Assist on Enterprise Operations projects.
- Work with large amounts of data in multiple systems and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.
- Internship to start January 2026.
- Collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited college or university.
- Successful completion of an analytics course required.
- Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Visio, PowerBI, Tableau or other visualization tools highly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
