About the role

  • Process commercial and Medicare Part D invoices and data reports in alignment with established systems, financial reconciliation, and processes to produce accurate and timely rebate payments and reports.
  • Support rebate validation and analysis functions related to the monthly and quarterly rebate payment process
  • Assist with pharmacy rebate payment functions, including but not limited to: processing invoices, compiling backup data, preparing check request forms and vendor setup support
  • Maintain internal rebate related claim database
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal and external customer and stakeholder partnerships to provide exceptional support and positive interactions.
  • Clear, concise, and well organized written and verbal communications to resolve customer rebate payment inquiries and disputes.
  • Assist with month end processes such as sales data analysis, channel sales dashboard, inventory report, DOH calculation.
  • Participate in projects and perform duties within the Managed Care function as assigned.
  • Assist with the chargeback process (Manage customer membership, validate invoices, Maintain the chargeback process in AX and EDI)
  • Assist with audits relating to commercial, Medicare Part D, and federal contracts
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal and external customer and stakeholder partnerships to provide exceptional support and positive interactions.
  • Clear, concise, and well organized written and verbal communications to resolve customer rebate payment inquiries and disputes.
  • Ability to interpret contractual language and rebate structures.
  • Provide support on Managed Care contracts through the development, approval and signature procEnsure accurate and timely processing of credentialing/accreditation needs for Insulet to be a participating provider in our payor networks.
  • Ensure these are also maintained and kept current.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience/Knowledge in life sciences / biotech; health care
  • 2+ years of data support experience
  • Preferred: Experience/Knowledge in medical devices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency with MS office tools (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Tableau or other similar business intelligence tool
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid teamwork / collaborative attitude as well as strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • US Health insurance industry or relative experience knowledge of managed care customers, diabetes industry or medical device environment
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks timely
