About the role
- Lead and scale recruiting efforts across North America
- Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with leadership
- Manage remote Talent Acquisition team
- Enhance and maintain recruiting processes that are efficient and candidate-friendly
- Partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure credentialing requirements are met
- Create and measure Key Performance Indicators for hiring
- Manage vendor relationships and budget for recruiting
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Previous Director-level leadership required
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3–5+ years in leadership
- Experience with compensation plan design and administration required
- Experience in clinical, healthcare, addiction recovery, or behavioral health is a plus
- Strong analytical skills—able to drive decisions based on data
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services
