About the role
- Own and scale our recruiting engine for licensed clinicians and physicians.
- Drive the entire pipeline—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing—at speed and scale.
- Find and engage clinicians across the country, moving them quickly and smoothly through the process.
Requirements
- 3+ years in high-volume recruiting (agency, staffing, or startup preferred).
- Direct experience hiring clinicians, physicians, or other healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record hitting aggressive hiring goals month after month.
- Comfort working independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Adaptability—things change quickly here, and you move with them.
- Telehealth or digital health recruiting experience (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting best practices (nice-to-have).
- Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting tools (nice-to-have).
- Basic HRIS knowledge (nice-to-have).
- Ability to work comfortably within PST business hours (nice-to-have).
