About the role

  • Own and scale our recruiting engine for licensed clinicians and physicians.
  • Drive the entire pipeline—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing—at speed and scale.
  • Find and engage clinicians across the country, moving them quickly and smoothly through the process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-volume recruiting (agency, staffing, or startup preferred).
  • Direct experience hiring clinicians, physicians, or other healthcare professionals.
  • Proven track record hitting aggressive hiring goals month after month.
  • Comfort working independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Adaptability—things change quickly here, and you move with them.
  • Telehealth or digital health recruiting experience (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting best practices (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting tools (nice-to-have).
  • Basic HRIS knowledge (nice-to-have).
  • Ability to work comfortably within PST business hours (nice-to-have).
