Act as a strategic people partner for the senior leadership team in Madhya Pradesh.
Balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on HR management, ensuring that talent acquisition, engagement, culture, and central HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
Lead talent acquisition efforts while strengthening the organizational culture and aligning people practices with organizational goals.
Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee learning & development.
Provide data-driven insights to inform talent and people strategies.
Anticipate people challenges and design interventions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions, ensuring quality and cultural fit.
Partner with leadership to strengthen talent management practices, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Build strong talent pipelines by leveraging networks and academic institutions.
Enhance the employer brand by positioning the organization as an aspirational workplace.
Serve as the first point of contact for all employees in MP, providing timely HR support and policy guidance.
Establish strong connections with field teams to ensure inclusivity and responsiveness.
Conduct engagement activities such as town halls and one-to-one connects.
Drive culture-building initiatives in learning, development, recognition, and performance.
Embed a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
Translate and implement central HR programs, policies, and initiatives at the state level.
Ensure active participation in HR-led processes like performance appraisals and L&D.
Provide regular feedback to the central HR team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Effectively manage and mentor HR associates and senior associates.
Actively model team values and address conflicts constructively.
Requirements
Experience: 7-10 years
Note- We are looking for candidates with experience in the social sector only.
Master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
7-10 years of Human Resources experience (in the development sector or otherwise), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong prioritization abilities, and knowledge of MS Office.
