Develop detailed knowledge of UOW, its academic and English language programs, admission requirements and application procedures/processes, and the broader Australian Higher Education sector
Work with UOW's agent and institutional partner network in the Philippines to drive recruitment outcomes
Liaison with agent partners through regular office and web visits and attendance at agent recruitment fairs
Application and offer case management and follow up to offer acceptance
Manage all activity within the assigned market budget
Promote all UOW programs and relevant admissions processes to potential students, parents, high school counsellors, education agents, and institutional partners
Maintain UOW’s social media presence by regular posting of promotional material and develop translated content for the Philippines market
Prepare a monthly report on activities, including application/offer/acceptance data, market updates and agent feedback
Report to the Global Student Recruitment Manager (SEA) and collaborate remotely with on-campus teams, staff and advisers across countries
Significant travel required (approximately 40%) to support recruitment and campus visits
Requirements
Philippines-based; role will be based in Manila
Experience related to education or international education
Experience representing a known institution preferred (Australia experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree with good to strong academic performance (Master’s degree a plus)
Spoken and written English fluency; proficient in business writing
Able to discuss strategy and analysis with English speakers
Experience working or studying abroad required (study abroad in Australia strongly preferred)
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working with differences in time zones
Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders in the education sector
Experience managing agent or institutional partner networks and application/offer case management
Ability to manage market budget
Experience maintaining social media presence and developing translated content
Ability to prepare monthly reports and analyse market/trends and agent feedback
Willingness to travel significantly (approximately 40%)
