About the role
- Develop, commercialize, and maintain value-based solutions and services for the Trauma Strategic Marketing team
- Work with multiple business functions and partners to understand the market and help position the program based on internal and external customer needs
- Communicate and commercialize the Alliance program to commercial customers and teams
- Act as the subject-matter expert on the Alliance program, processes, offerings, and the value-based care space
- Develop and sustain strong business relationships and gather feedback on program effectiveness
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other divisions to identify solutions and services to meet customer needs
- Demonstrate leadership with peers, initiate process improvements, and influence internal/external customers
- Conduct educational events and focus groups at third-party and Stryker sponsored events
- Establish strong partnerships with health system supply chain customers for the trauma value program
- Travel 30% throughout the US
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of work experience
- Health systems supply chain experience
- MBA (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and influence skills (preferred)
- Experience in process improvement (preferred)
- Understanding in Healthcare management, administration, and operations (preferred)
- Ability and willingness to travel 30% throughout the US
- Strong preference for candidates based near Mahwah, NJ
- Work independently with limited day to day supervision; self-motivated
