About the role
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements
- Manage vendor invoices (AP) and ensure timely payments
- Oversee customer accounts and collections (AR)
- Support budgeting activities and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for decision-making
- Identify and implement finance process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in finance/accounting
- Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial tools (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Must be Philippines-based and able to work full-time U.S. hours
- Immediate availability preferred
