About the role

  • Architect and manage systems that fuel Greenwood's revenue engine (revenue enablement, not fundraising)
  • Serve as the HubSpot owner: ensure clean data, consistent activity logging, and conduct regular audits
  • Monitor pipeline health: follow up on missing data, overdue tasks, and stale opportunities
  • Lead forecasting and reporting: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecasts, quarterly board reporting, create real-time dashboards
  • Uphold revenue tracking standards: booked cash, renewals, and pipeline integrity
  • Build and maintain outreach cadences for key funders and partners, manage renewals and stewardship touchpoints
  • Design and scale systems, tools, and processes to power Greenwood's sales and partnerships function
  • Conduct strategic analysis: win/loss analysis, segment performance reviews, and campaign effectiveness studies; create SOPs and playbooks
  • Integrate systems: connect HubSpot with QuickBooks, Power BI, and other platforms to create a unified data ecosystem
  • Implement workflow automation for data entry, task assignments, and follow-up reminders
  • Train and support the CEO and revenue team in CRM best practices and reporting discipline
  • Day-to-day: review pipeline gaps, coach team on CRM hygiene, build dashboards, and lead weekly pipeline reviews

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, partnerships operations, or CRM management
  • Background in SaaS, consulting, or sales enablement roles
  • Strong fluency in CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar alternatives acceptable
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Power BI, and Excel, and tools that integrate CRM and finance systems
  • Experience building structure around sales processes, metrics, and forecasting, including reporting systems developed or improved from scratch
  • Analytical thinker able to build dashboards, surface insights, and communicate data to executive audiences
  • Systems thinker who designs scalable, efficient processes
  • Action-oriented with strong follow-through; detail-oriented and process-minded; collaborative and communicative

  • Availability for meetings during Chicago CST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM CST)
