About the role
- Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative functions
- Act as the first point of contact managing emails, calls, and scheduling
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist with travel bookings, logistics, and expense report compilation
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via email or chat
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
- Conduct internet research and gather information as required
- Handle confidential data with discretion and secure document management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support roles
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable navigating calendar apps, video conferencing, and cloud tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and structured workspace
- Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), or helpdesk systems (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
