Software Engineer

• Build, configure, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) D2L Brightspace, including course creation, user setup, progress tracking, and system optimization
• Manage the back-end LMS infrastructure, ensuring technical stability, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving to support seamless user experience
• Track and monitor student progress through LMS dashboards and analytics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for intervention
• Design, build, and manage dashboards to ensure high-impact data is identified and tracked in alignment with organizational KPIs and strategic priorities
• Coordinate with external curriculum partners, subject matter experts, and volunteers to integrate content into the LMS
• Continuously optimize the LMS user experience through testing, feedback collection, and iterative improvements
• Develop and execute clear, coherent learning pathways for scholars aligned to the program model, strategic priorities, and target outcomes for participant success
• Research and implement best practices in curriculum development, learning design, and educational technologies from leading organizations across sectors
• Work cross-functionally to understand the needs of participants and corporate partners, adjusting curriculum to bridge gaps between scholar understanding and employer requirements
• Develop and oversee evaluation metrics, creating data collection protocols and feedback loops to ensure learning experiences meet the needs of both participants and partners
• Ensure curriculum and course materials are user-friendly, accessible, and sufficiently robust to facilitate effective use by all stakeholders
• Oversee the consistent and high-quality delivery of curriculum and learning experiences, ensuring fidelity of implementation

Curriculum Developer, LMS Specialist

Artificial Intelligence

• Train and coach every staff member to become a confident, capable AI user
• Serve as the go-to resource when team members hit a wall: debugging agent errors, troubleshooting workflows
• Design and facilitate structured AI training sessions, office hours, and hands-on workshops
• Support each team member in identifying, building, and deploying 2–3 AI agents aligned with their role
• Assess the current technology stack and identify high-impact AI integration opportunities
• Partner with the Director of Programs and Academy coaches to integrate AI fluency into the existing curriculum

AI Enablement Lead

• Own and execute a revenue growth strategy that secures $1M+ annually from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners, with an emphasis on closing five- and six-figure deals.
• Build and execute a cultivation strategy targeting new high-net-worth individuals, family foundations, and institutional funders. Maintain pipeline of 75+ qualified prospects with systematic relationship building and strategic follow-up.
• Own end-to-end major gift process from prospect research to cultivation, proposal development, solicitation meetings, and stewardship - driving five and six-figure commitments.
• Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams (Programs, Partnerships, Governing Board, Young Professionals Board) to align donor engagement with organizational priorities.
• Implement and manage the infrastructure that drives success; CRM tracking, reporting, pipeline forecasting, and performance metrics. Maintain pipeline discipline with systematic relationship tracking across all prospect interactions.
• Represent Greenwood Project at high-level meetings and events, delivering compelling pitches that clearly communicate ROI and impact for partners and donors.
