About the role

  • Sell Greenbridge products and equipment to current and prospective distribution customers, focusing on partnering with distributors to sell integrated systems to end customers.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and margin growth targets in an assigned sales territory.
  • Manage business relationships and find new opportunities within existing accounts; acquire, penetrate, manage and retain customers.
  • Coordinate internal resources (equipment, customer service, etc.) to provide system solutions to the customer.
  • Develop territory and account plans; prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies.
  • Forecast territory-level sales results and maintain a reliable sales pipeline.
  • Follow prescribed process to implement closed sales opportunities and follow up on implementation milestones.
  • Use CRM and other systems to manage sales process and develop reports to support customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science preferred.
  • 5+ years of selling strapping and equipment to distributors with additional packaging sales experience.
  • Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with JDE and Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of strapping and equipment specifications and performance in production environments.
  • Ability to use CRM and other systems to manage the sales process and develop territory and account plans.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
