Associate

• Support the evaluation and pricing of health insurance plans for small to mid-sized employer groups

Associate Underwriter

Account Manager

• Work cross functionally with a dedicated Account Management team, including, underwriting, Sales, and leadership support to ensure proactive, end to end, and ongoing ownership and accountability for each client
• Be well versed in client data and prepared to partner with clients on strategic recommendations to inform renewals and growth opportunities
• Use data to develop strategic account plans for clients to evaluate business needs and, as needed, make recommendations for changes to Gravie’s benefit solutions
• Facilitate kick-off meetings with employers’s populations, meet with clients regularly, and ensure you are providing accurate and timely answers to clients questions
• Conduct monthly reviews of each client's claims experience, providing updates and recommendations for cost savings
• Plan for and present quarterly progress reports on goals to the client and broker
• Conduct proactive and data driven mid-Year Pulse Checks focused on intervention strategies, renewal planning, and performance optimization
• Present strategic renewal proposals to clients and negotiate rates as needed, working directly with the Underwriting Team and leadership to ensure a successful renewal
• Be knowledgeable about Gravies marketing campaigns in order to leverage accounts to strategically upsell Gravie products based on utilization
• Be knowledgeable of all Gravie offerings and the regulatory and compliance requirements of each offering and continuously educate clients about Gravie’s products and services
• Ensure new employer clients have a smooth transition from sales and have a successful new client implementation experience
• Research and resolve client issues and elevated member issues from Gravie’s advisor team, ensuring resolution is taking in account the “full picture” of the client

Account Manager – Broker

Vice President

• Lead payment integrity strategy and execution, including pre- and post-payment reviews, fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention, and recovery efforts
• Design and lead solutions to address leakage throughout the claims lifecycle, including developing internal capabilities and implementing external vendor programs
• Assess the current payment integrity program ecosystem and prioritize opportunities to deliver additional savings
• Build and manage a high-performing multi-vendor portfolio, enforcing rigorous SLAs and optimizing contingency fee structures to maximize financial yields while actively mitigating provider abrasion
• Provide executive leadership over all payment integrity operations, ensuring high performance of all internal and external PI programs
• Lead strategy and execution to insource payment integrity opportunities as appropriate

Data Analyst

• Play a key role in helping Gravie to understand the performance of its business, understand new opportunities, and translate those insights into solutions that meaningfully improve the health benefits people get and the healthcare they receive.
• Ask and answer the right questions, including: How are we doing? What should we continue doing? What should we stop doing?  What should we start doing in the future?
• Take ownership of regular deliverables for various business units, leveraging multiple technologies to produce solutions that are consistent, accurate, and efficient.
• Assist in the design and execution of diverse quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the evaluation, management, and growth of new and existing products for areas across the business.
• Use analytic and communication skills to tell stories with data, transforming basic and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences to influence business decisions and product roadmaps.
• Support a culture of using data to inform decisions within the organization.
• Apply established quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of all analytical deliverables.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the monthly invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for July and August invoices
• Monitor the status of ACH transactions to ensure timely and accurate premium collection
• Coordinate with Account Management on essential premium related tasks
• Perform data entry into Gravie’s claim and invoicing system, including employer billing rates
• Audit the employer billing rate and set-up information entered
• Coordinate with other Operations teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems
• Contribute to various Finance and Accounting projects as needed

Financial Operations Coordinator

• Educate employer clients about Gravie's ICHRA product and services.
• Provide accurate and timely answers to clients' questions.
• Ensure new and renewing employer clients receive accurately completed onboarding documents, and route completed items to internal teams.
• Facilitate and present kick-off meetings to clients' employee populations.
• Research and resolve client issues and elevated member issues.
• Proactively deliver ongoing guidance and thoughtful recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate and manage ongoing relationships with clients, including meetings/regular outreach, delivery of applicable reports and contract discussions.
• Assist groups through their plan renewal in determining affordability and establishing their contribution strategies.
• Work with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

ICHRA Account Manager

• Own and manage Gravie's national broker account relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key national and large regional distribution partners.
• Develop and execute national account plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across Gravie's Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA product lines.
• Build executive-level relationships with decision-makers at national brokerage firms, benefits consultants, and general agencies.
• Lead joint business planning with top-tier national partners, setting shared growth targets, tracking performance, and driving activation.
• Identify and recruit new national broker and consultant partners to expand Gravie's distribution reach and market penetration.
• Achieve or exceed annual channel-sourced enrolled employees targets driven through national broker accounts.
• Drive a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through national broker partners, supporting field sales conversion.
• Develop and maintain a clear view of partner performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
• Proactively identify whitespace within existing national accounts to grow share of wallet and expand product adoption.
• Coordinate with field Sales Executives and VPs to ensure channel-sourced opportunities are well-supported and progress efficiently through the sales cycle.

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships – National Accounts

Revenue Operations

• Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals
• Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process
• Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners
• Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data
• Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process
• Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders
