About the role
- Manage up to 11 outside Field Account Representatives within assigned geographic area
- Responsible for the financial performance of an approximate $20M–$25M geographic area and for hiring, managing, and developing direct reporting FARs
- Could lead a sales team that is remotely located
- Coach, counsel, and develop the sales team
- Plan, solve problems, and perform analysis
- Develop effective internal partner relationships and relationships with customers to achieve goals
- Review financial reporting to analyze needs, costs/budgets, and economic earnings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of outside sales experience
- 2+ years of prior managerial experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate competence in the application of computer software and technology that supports sales goals
- Presentation skills, customer focus, and ability to manage change
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and achieve results through others
- Valid driver's license
