About the role
- Manage new hire documentation including global Right to Work checks, background screens, and I-9 Documentation
- Oversee global contract creation and background check process
- Research, build, and improve scalable People tools and processes
- Support international entity establishments and annual People processes (performance, compensation, promotions, levelling)
- Act as key point of contact for team member inquiries and manage People templates (employment verifications, visa support, offer letters, contracts)
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly payroll updates; partner with Finance
- Administer, enhance, and audit People systems (Workday, Tangelo, Freshservice) and drive data integrity
Requirements
- Progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Highly resourceful; strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Proactive self-starter who challenges the status quo
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer service mindset and approachability
- Adaptability to new processes, technologies, and ways of working
- Process-oriented and enjoys creating process and structure
- Experience partnering with or working within People Operations and handling sensitive/confidential information
