About the role
- At NetBox Labs, our mission is to make it easier to build and manage complex networks and infrastructure.
- We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead user experience at NetBox Labs.
- Hands-on design role with emphasis on UI design, user research, workflow definition, and UX strategy.
- Be the first dedicated design hire, set foundation for design system and lead execution across products.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer, ideally in B2B enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Prior experience as the first or lead designer in a startup or growth-stage company, establishing design foundations and systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive, data-dense user interfaces and workflows.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping methods.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
- Comfort conducting user research, leveraging analytics, and applying insights to product design.
