About the role

  • At NetBox Labs, our mission is to make it easier to build and manage complex networks and infrastructure.
  • We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead user experience at NetBox Labs.
  • Hands-on design role with emphasis on UI design, user research, workflow definition, and UX strategy.
  • Be the first dedicated design hire, set foundation for design system and lead execution across products.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer, ideally in B2B enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • Prior experience as the first or lead designer in a startup or growth-stage company, establishing design foundations and systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive, data-dense user interfaces and workflows.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping methods.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Comfort conducting user research, leveraging analytics, and applying insights to product design.
