• You will be our Project Coordinator for the takeover of daycare centers in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
• Responsibilities include project planning and coordination.
• Communication between all involved persons and organizational units.
• Coordination and organization of legal requirements with the relevant authorities and organizations to be involved.
• Cooperation on financing matters with the daycare administration and undertaking administrative tasks.
• Quality assurance and conceptual work in collaboration with the head of department, specialist advisors and facility managers.
• Follow-up support and guidance after the takeover of the daycare centers.

Administration

• Timely processing of service billing/invoicing with funding agencies (cost carriers)
• Budget reconciliation and custodial funds accounting for residential groups
• Review of master data entered by the residential groups in Vivendi
• Entry and updating of client records
• Verification of submitted cash documents and preparation of corresponding reports
• Account maintenance, account reconciliation and dunning/collections
• General correspondence and processing of incoming mail
• Filing and archiving
