Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, covering both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong interviewing skills with hands-on experience in various interview techniques
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and performance tracking tools
- Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry considered a strong advantage
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Curious and empathetic, interested in understanding candidates’ motivations and building long-term relationships
- Proactive and eager to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
