About the role
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Ocrolus Mortgage product offering
- Lead the product roadmap and work with engineering to fulfill product strategy
- Drive client engagement, usage, and value proposition for current and future clients and industry partners
- Craft and own product roadmap, set priorities backed by data and customer feedback
- Research competition, assess markets, analyze data, and incorporate learnings into roadmap and vision
- Align teams across Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Document Writing via process flows, business cases, specs, and designs
- Act as the SME for products and understand competitive solutions
- Develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report on milestones and deliverables
- Work with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and educate them on product capabilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including phased rollouts, quick iterations, and full-stack launches
- Maintain and update existing product features and outline plans to achieve product success
- Work with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reports on key metrics and optimize product offerings
- Obtain and maintain a solid understanding of all Ocrolus solutions and how they complement the mortgage offering
- Ideate and seek new market opportunities in mortgage leveraging Ocrolus’s document processing and analysis competencies
- Proactively maintain client relationships and internal connections across roles and departments
Requirements
- Strong background in product management in the mortgage industry
- Demonstrated ability to act with urgency and prioritize appropriately
- Evidence of launching successful products in structured work environments
- Analytical mindset to objectively evaluate problems and impact
- Possess a sound understanding of APIs and build solutions for a wide range of customers
- Ability to articulate complex problems to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to convince and align internal stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Flare for good UI/UX and passion to deliver products that delight customers
- Focus on commercial success of products and services being launched
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with failure (e.g., product launch) and ability to course correct
- Bonus: Management Degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with a Bachelors’ in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Bonus: 5+ years of Product Management experience
