Provide technical coordination and support before and during the virtual classroom session
Operate the virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes according to various delivery methods
Monitor up to 3 sessions at the same time and be prepared to join multiple sessions simultaneously
Perform auxiliary duties after training: train additional virtual classroom Producers and instructors, scheduling, loading software, process documentation, and other administrative tasks
Communicate routine updates via the team chat space and maintain extreme responsiveness to stakeholders
Engage in constant job role learning and improvement
Requirements
Technical knowledge of the Zoom Training platform, Microsoft Teams, and / or other online meeting platforms
Exceptional customer service skills
Technical aptitude with computers and software programs
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide high quality communication transfer between Instructors, learners, and service provider
Professionalism, empathy, and emotional resilience
Ability to monitor up to 3 sessions at the same time (may be called into 3 sessions simultaneously)
Extreme responsiveness to all stakeholders and communicate routine updates via the team chat space
Availability to work PST hours with an 8-hour shift (start between 7-8 a.m. PST)
Ability to operate virtual classroom technical platform to deliver classes according to various delivery methods
General physical requirements: sedentary work; fingering (typing); close visual acuity; may need to view presentation screens and other visual aids in a virtual setting
