About the role
- Mentor and lead a sales team through training, coaching, and consistent support to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating homebuyers throughout the home building and purchasing journey
- Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic
- Collaborate closely with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals
- Maintain and manage a welcoming, top-notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience
- Continue selling while performing leadership responsibilities, balancing personal sales and team development
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite during business hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm
- Proven success in new home sales or a related sales leadership role
- 4+ years of professional experience preferred
- Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for mentorship and coaching to support team development
- Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- PA real estate license required to be obtained within 2-3 months of employment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance
