Support BeiGene's Commercial functions in New Markets and Europe by managing and evolving the CRM
Oversee administration, integration, and optimization of the CRM platform
Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to users and supporting teams
Solicit business requirements from stakeholders and work with internal and external teams to implement them
Ensure CRM infrastructure is fit for purpose and share key insights and recommendations with cross-functional partners
Create and maintain CRM roster, user assignments, territory assignments, and training materials
Train users on the CRM application and associated infrastructure
Lead intake and discovery of new CRM requirements, build business cases, prioritize and manage implementation
Test and deploy new CRM capabilities to Commercial and Medical user communities
Fuel and propel AI innovation in the CRM application and associated infrastructure
Report to the Senior Manager, CRM Strategy & Operations and collaborate with regional/country business teams, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence teams
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, Life Sciences consulting, Commercial operations or related fields
Hands on, in-depth understanding of and experience with CRM and associated applications (preferably Mobile Rep Explorer)
International experience, specifically Europe
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate user needs into actionable recommendations
Experience with end user support and training
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and solid business acumen
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix environment and build relationships across the organization
