About the role
- Administer, configure, and support the Yardi Voyager property management software across all properties managed by HGPS
- Ensure optimal utilization of Yardi to achieve financial performance targets, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users across the portfolio
- Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices
- Set up and manage Yardi modules (Financials, CRM, Residential, etc.) to meet operational needs
- Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve efficiency
- Integrate Yardi with other systems and collaborate with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams
- Maintain user access, ensure data accuracy, and support regulatory compliance
- Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with occasional travel to support site teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 6 or 7s
- Strong troubleshooting and system configuration skills
- Data analysis skills
- Experience providing technical support and training to users
- Experience configuring Yardi modules (Financials, CRM, Residential, etc.)
- Ability to generate custom reports and dashboards
- Experience collaborating with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams
- Ability to maintain user access and ensure data accuracy for compliance
- Customer-focused with strong support and training skills
- Organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
- Occasional travel to support site teams
- Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and basic understanding of accounting principles
